Hosted by Architizer, the world’s largest architectural platform with over 7 million followers, the Architizer A+Awards is often referred to as the "Oscars of the Architecture World." This prestigious global program receives significant attention from major international media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal (which, along with the UK’s Financial Times, is considered one of the world's leading economic daily newspapers).
The 11th Annual Architizer A+Awards was held under the theme of "Sustainable Design."
This season, the winners were selected from among companies that strive to improve the built environment for future generations and continue to deliver projects that benefit both the planet and local communities.
The winners of the Architizer A+Awards are determined by a panel of over 250 judges, alongside live voting from more than 400,000 members of the general public worldwide.
In this season, which saw over 5,000 entries from 96 countries, the Cheongju Naegok Elementary School project—completed by PLANM in 2022—was honored with a Special Mention in the "+Prefab & Modular" category.
Traditional construction waste typically results from the demolition of existing structures and on-site building processes.
In contrast, PLANM’s modular system is manufactured using a circular and sustainable eco-friendly method that covers the entire lifecycle—from factory production and on-site assembly to maintenance, dismantling, and the eventual recycling of components and materials.
Since its inception in 2020, PLANM has supplied modular units to more than 100 schools, recording the highest market share in the school modular sector nationwide. As the first company among domestic school modular providers to hold a completed project portfolio, we continue to build a diverse track record beyond educational facilities, powered by our exceptional team of specialized experts.
