Modular construction is an "Off-site Construction (OSC)" system where parts of a building, or the entire structure, are pre-manufactured in a factory and then transported to the construction site for assembly.
This economical method minimizes on-site work, reducing the risk of safety accidents and protecting nearby residents from dust and noise. Furthermore, it is a highly efficient solution for an era of demographic decline, as it significantly reduces the costs of demolishing abandoned schools or derelict buildings through its easy disassembly and reuse capabilities.
PLANM Co., Ltd. has already earned recognition for excellence in the residential, medical, and educational sectors. We will continue to participate in external R&D activities and strive to evolve as a leading eco-friendly modular specialist.
