Introducing the Winners of the "2nd Innovative Procurement Competition"
On December 15, the "2nd Innovative Procurement Competition" was held at the Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP), featuring participation from public institutions, including central administrative agencies and local governments, as well as innovative companies.
The competition shared the success stories of 10 public institutions and 10 innovative companies that were selected through an initial screening process. The "Best Innovative Procurement of the Year" was determined based on criteria such as public interest, social value, achievement in innovative procurement, and contribution to improving citizens' lives. The final selection was made through evaluations by a panel of six experts and votes from a 50-member "Public Evaluation Team" via a live online broadcast.

Creating Eco-Friendly Classrooms Quickly and Easily: "Eco-Friendly Mobile School Modular"
Among the winners is an innovative product developed for the Ministry of Education’s "Green Smart Future School Project," which aims to implement smart classrooms based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT). This is the "Eco-Friendly Mobile School Modular" developed by PLANM Co., Ltd.
Although designed as temporary classrooms, these units prioritize safety above all else. They are easy to install on-site and provide a comfortable environment for students. Designated as an "Innovative Prototype" by the Public Procurement Service (PPS) in June 2021, these modular units are currently being utilized in elementary, middle, and high schools across Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon.
