Buri Elementary School

Through the colorful arrangement of the elevation, we visually realized the lively atmosphere unique to the school. PLANM minimizes the sense of heterogeneity between the new modular elevation and existing facilities and brings about natural harmony. This creates a highly complete educational environment that combines familiarity and modern functionality.

Location: 81 Hyeonnae-ro, Buri-myeon, Geumsan-gun, Chungnam (699 Yanggok-ri), Within the site of Buri Elementary School
Scale: Double-loaded Corridor, 2 Floors (32 Modules)
Total Floor Area: 896.17m²
Building Area: 475.93m²

Considering the characteristics of educational facilities where users stay for a long time, we focused on creating a comfortable and vibrant space. By utilizing various point colors on the vertical rectangular frames, we added architectural beauty and playfulness to the entire building.

Designed to allow abundant natural light to flow in through large windows. It is a safe educational space where students can comfortably focus on reading and learning in a pleasant and bright environment.

This is a modular classroom that maximizes space utilization through a central moving wall. It can be expanded into a large space or divided into individual spaces as needed, providing a structure optimized for multi-purpose learning.
